We offer a full refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. We go beyond this and offer a 14 day “no questions asked” refund policy, but only if the items are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying to ship them back to us. Your credit will go to your PayPal or bank account or credit card, however you have paid.
All information collected by Eleb, is held in the strictest confidentiality. We do not use any information outside the regular business between you and Eleb. We occasionally send e-mails through Constant Contact. These are private and not accessable by that company.
Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Czech Post without tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Czech Post with tracking and with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
